The Reckon Accounts Hosted API will undergo maintenance on Monday, 15th August 2022.

During this time, the API will be offline for 60 minutes from:

  • 08:00 PM to 09:00 PM (AEST)
  • 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM (NZST)

All API calls will return a maintenance response and no calls will be forwarded to the company file.

  • Response Status: 503 API maintenance in progress
  • Response Body: “Reckon API is in maintenance and unavailable. Please try again once the maintenance is over. Visit apistatus.reckon.com for updates”
