Hi everyone,
To ensure our services are humming along at top capacity, our teams will perform scheduled maintenance on Reckon One UK services early on Monday. As a result, there will be a short period where Reckon One UK services are unavailable to our UK users.
You will be unable to access Reckon One services during this time and we recommend you logout of Reckon One prior to the scheduled maintenance period commencing.
Any API requests sent via the Reckon One UK API during this period will fail.
This will also affect the ability to share or setup a Reckon One book from the Reckon Portal during the maintenance period.
MAINTENANCE DATE & TIME
- Maintenance will commence: 1:00AM - 4:00AM (BST) Monday 3 May 2021
Reckon One Australia and New Zealand is not affected by this maintenance and will be fully accessible.
