Scheduled maintenance will be performed on Saturday, 26th September, to ensure Reckon Accounts Hosted maintains operational and performance efficiency, as well as enhanced security.

Outage Duration

An outage will last approximately 4 to 6 hours:

Australia (AEST): From 8:00 PM on Saturday, 26th September 2026 to 2:00 AM on Sunday, 27th September 2026.
New Zealand: From 10:00 PM on Saturday, 26th September 2026 to 5:00 AM on Sunday, 27th September 2026.

During this time, access to Accounts Hosted will not be available. Please make sure to save your work and log out before then, as all users will be automatically logged out. Additionally, backup files (.QBB) that are more than 365 days old will be removed. Click here for instructions on downloading your backup.
