Scheduled Maintenance Details
A previous version of this message incorrectly mentioned Dates in December.
Scheduled maintenance will be performed on Saturday, 28th March, to ensure Reckon Accounts Hosted maintains operational and performance efficiency, as well as enhanced security.
Outage Duration
An outage will last approximately 4 to 6 hours:
- Australia (AEDT): From 8:00 PM on Saturday, 28th March 2026 to 2:00 AM on Sunday, 29th March 2026.
- New Zealand (NZDT): From 10:00 PM on Saturday, 28th March 2026 to 4:00 AM on Sunday, 29th March 2026.
During this time, access to Accounts Hosted will not be available. Please make sure to save your work and log out before then, as all users will be automatically logged out. Additionally, backup files (.QBB) that are more than 365 days old will be removed. Click here for instructions on downloading your backup.
