Maintenance has been completed and service is restored as usual

A scheduled Reckon One database upgrade will take place on Saturday, 17 January 2026, between 8:00–10:00 pm.

During this time, Reckon One will be temporarily unavailable, including:

• Reckon One & Reckon One Payroll
• Reckon mobile apps including Invoices, Payroll and Mate
• Reckon One APIs

To avoid disruption, please ensure any work is completed before this time.

Once the upgrade is complete, everything will be back up and running as normal. Thank you for your patience while we make these improvements.
