Scheduled Maintenance Details
Scheduled maintenance will be performed on Saturday, 7th June 2025, to ensure Reckon Accounts Hosted maintains operational and performance efficiency, as well as enhanced security.
Outage Duration
An outage will last approximately 2 to 4 hours:
- Australia (AEST): From 10:00 PM on Saturday, 7th June 2025 to 2:00 AM on Sunday, 8th June 2025.
- New Zealand (NZST): From 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM on Sunday, 8th June 2025.
During this time, access to Accounts Hosted will not be available. Please make sure to save your work and log out before then, as all users will be automatically logged out. Additionally, backup files (.QBB) that are more than 365 days old will be removed. Click here for instructions on downloading your backup.
