Reckon Accounts Hosted API will undergo a scheduled maintenance on the 27th May 2023.

During this time, the API will be offline for 2-4 hours from:

10:00 PM (AEST) Saturday, 27th May 2023 to 02:00 AM (AEST) Sunday, 28th May 2023
12:00 AM to 4:00 AM (NZST) Sunday, 28th May 2023

All API calls will return a maintenance response below, and no calls will be forwarded to the company file.

Response Status: 503 Service Unavailable
Response Body: “Reckon Accounts Hosted API is currently on a scheduled maintenance. Please try again later or visit https://status.reckon.com for updates.”

This is also a reminder that any Backup files (.QBB extension) that are more than 365 days old will be removed.
