Reckon Accounts Hosted API will undergo maintenance on the weekend in 2 weeks’ time

During this time, the API will be offline for 2-4 hours from:

  • 10:00 PM Saturday, 29th to 2:00 AM Sunday, 30th October 2022 (AEDT)
  • 12:00 AM to 04:00 AM on Sunday, 30th October 2022 (NZDT)

All API calls will return a maintenance response below and no calls will be forwarded to the company file.

  • Response Status: 503 Service Unavailable
  • Response Body: “Reckon Accounts Hosted API is currently on a scheduled maintenance. Please try again later or visit https://status.reckon.com for updates.“

This is also a reminder that:

  1. Any Backup files (.QBB extension) that are more than 365 days old will be removed.
  2. The use of Subscription Keys on all API calls will be made mandatory by 24th November 2022.
